Usage data — pages visited, time on site, referring source, clicks on links and buttons

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

Deliver the products you purchased and provide access to the member area
Send you the free resources you requested and related follow-up emails

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the website, measure analytics, and run advertising. Specifically:

Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel) sets cookies that enable us to measure ad performance and show retargeting ads to people who have visited our site

5. Email Marketing

If you sign up for a free resource or purchase a product, you will receive automated emails from us related to your sign-up or purchase, plus periodic marketing emails.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email. Unsubscribing stops marketing emails but does not stop transactional emails (purchase confirmations, password resets, refund acknowledgments) since those are required to deliver products you have paid for.

6. Retargeting and Advertising

We run advertising on Facebook (Meta). We use the Meta Pixel to measure how visitors arrive at our site, what they do once they're there, and to show retargeting ads to visitors who have shown interest in our products but have not yet purchased.

You can opt out of interest-based advertising on Meta through your Facebook ad preferences (facebook.com/settings?tab=ads) and through the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out page (optout.aboutads.info).

7. Your Rights Under California Law (CCPA / CPRA)

Right to delete personal information we have about you, subject to certain exceptions

We do not sell personal information in the traditional sense; however, certain analytics and advertising activity (Meta Pixel sharing for retargeting) may be considered "sharing" under CPRA. 9. CalOPPA Notice

This privacy policy complies with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We honor "Do Not Track" browser signals where technically feasible. Because the GA4 and Meta Pixel scripts we use do not currently respond to DNT signals at the script level, we recommend California residents who want to opt out of tracking use the cookie-blocking and ad-preference tools described in Sections 4 and 6 above.

10. Children Under 13

Our website and products are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at hello@slippingscripts.com and we will delete the information.

11. Data Security

We use commercially reasonable security practices, including TLS encryption for data in transit, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to deliver our products, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

13. International Transfers

SlippingScripts operates from the United States. If you access the website from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using our website, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
